This morning started with a 4 am wake up call that was supposed to end
with me in my tent at lake morena on the pct. My flight was delayed
and I missed my connection to San Diego. At first I was unsure of
where I'd end up or how I'd get to the trailhead tomorrow. As I
walked out of the sd airport, i was piked up by some hikers and
brought to "the mans" house. There is unlimited food, 30+ friendly
hikers, a warm place to sleep, AND a free ride to the trailhead
tomorrow at 6am!!! Now if that isn't providence....or someone
looking out for me, I don't know what is....
Tomorrow I start at mile 0.
